If you lost access on a device, but you still have access to mementō you can just remove the device from your account like int this short tutorial, and re-add it again.
In case you completely lost access to your account, don’t worry you can easily reset your mementō account by repeating the registration steps again. Note that this will reset your account completely so you will be starting with a blank slate. This is a requirement because we use end-to-end encryption and we cannot access your old data.
